The Wrecks of Churchill (approx 2.5hrs)

In 1960 the SS Ithaka shipwrecked on the Hudson Bay coastline 16kms east of the Town of Churchill after a large storm in Hudson Bay.
In 1979 Miss Piggy crashed on the rocky coastline of Hudson Bay, just short of the airport after running into engine problems.
Join us on a guided tour to visit both famous wrecks of Churchill and enjoy a low tide coastal hike to get to the Ithaca shipwreck in Bird Cove.
*The Ithaka requires a coastal hike at low tide
If there's enough time on the way back we will also stop into the Polar Bear holding facility!
